Academic qualification
The knowledge requirements for a Commercial Pilot Licence, plus twelve instructional subjects
Techniques of applied instruction, assessment of student performance, the learning process, effective teaching, student evaluation and testing, training programme development, lesson planning, classroom technique, training aids, analysis of student errors, human performance in instruction, and the hazards of simulating failures in flight.
