Terms of Service

Effective date: 26 July 2026 · Last updated: 26 July 2026

Version 2026-07-26

In short

Use PilotsBD to study, on one device at a time, with one account that is yours alone. The questions and explanations are ours — practise with them all you like, but do not copy, share or resell them. We work hard to keep the bank accurate, but we are a study aid, not the examining authority, and we cannot promise you a pass. Payments are covered by our Refund Policy; your data is covered by our Privacy & User Data Policy.

1. These terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Shocchol Outsourcing Firm (trade licence no. 02378), which operates PilotsBD (“PilotsBD”, “we”, “us”, “our”). They govern your access to and use of the PilotsBD website, question bank, practice and examination tools, and everything else we make available through them (together, the “Service”).

By creating an account, or by otherwise accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, by our Privacy & User Data Policy and by our Refund Policy, each of which forms part of this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Each version of these documents carries a version date, shown at the top of this page. When you create an account we record which version you accepted and when, and we keep that record for as long as the account exists.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account. If the student is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must create and hold the account, accept these Terms as the account holder, and remain responsible for it. By creating an account you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you give us is true and complete.

3. Your account

You need an account to use the Service. You may create an account with an email address and password, or by signing in with Google. You agree to:

  1. give accurate registration details and keep them up to date;
  2. keep your password confidential and not disclose it to anyone;
  3. use one account only, and not create additional accounts to obtain further free questions or to evade a suspension;
  4. notify us at support@pilotsbd.com promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

An account is personal to one individual. It may not be shared, lent, transferred, sold or used by more than one person. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

4. One device at a time

The Service enforces single-device access. When you sign in, your account claims the device you are using. If your account is already active on another device, you will be asked whether to sign that other device out; doing so ends the session there immediately, including any practice or examination in progress on it.

This is a deliberate anti-sharing measure, not a fault. Repeated takeovers across many devices, or patterns consistent with account sharing, may lead to suspension under clause 11.

5. Free access

Registration is free. A free account can practise 20 questions in every subject we publish, read the full explanation for each of those questions in English and Bengali, and use the features of the Service, so that you can judge it for yourself before paying anything.

Free access is provided for your personal evaluation and study. You may not use scripts, automated tools, multiple accounts or any other means to extend, multiply or circumvent it.

6. Paid plans, payment and verification

Paid plans give access to the full published question bank for a fixed period. Plan names, durations and prices are those shown on our pricing page at the time you purchase.

Payment currently works as follows:

  1. you send the plan price to our bKash number from your own bKash account;
  2. you submit the sending number and the transaction ID (TrxID) to us through the pricing page;
  3. we check the transaction manually and, once it matches, activate the plan on your account and email you;
  4. if we cannot match the transaction — for example the TrxID is mistyped, or the amount does not match the plan — we reject the submission and email you so that you can correct and resubmit it.

Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka. Access begins when we activate the plan, and ends automatically when the period expires. Plans do not renew automatically and we do not store your payment credentials: we never see or ask for your bKash PIN, password or one-time code, and you must never send them to us.

We may change plans and prices at any time. A change applies to purchases made after it takes effect, and never retrospectively to a plan you have already bought.

7. Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable, because the free access described in clause 5 lets you evaluate the Service fully before paying. Technical faults are handled through support rather than by refund. These arrangements are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which applies to every payment made to us.

8. Acceptable use

The question bank is hand-built and is the whole value of the Service. You may use it to study. You may not, and may not permit anyone else to:

  1. copy, screenshot, record, transcribe, download in bulk, republish, distribute, broadcast, sell, licence or otherwise make available any question, option, explanation or image from the Service, whether or not for profit;
  2. share your account or your login details, or let anyone else use the Service through your account;
  3. use any robot, spider, scraper, headless browser, automation or artificial-intelligence agent to access, read, collect or reproduce content from the Service;
  4. use the Service, or any content from it, to build, train, populate or improve any competing question bank, dataset, model or product;
  5. attempt to circumvent the free-question limit, the single-device rule, rate limits, access controls or any other technical restriction;
  6. probe, scan, disrupt, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, its accounts, its database or its infrastructure;
  7. reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Service, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law;
  8. use the Service in, or in connection with, any examination hall, test centre or assessment where its use is not expressly permitted;
  9. use the Service unlawfully, or to harass, defraud, impersonate or harm anyone;
  10. submit through any form, note or message anything unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or infringing anyone's rights.

9. Ownership and your licence to use the content

The Service, and everything in it — the questions, options, explanations, figures, chapter structure, text, design, software and the PilotsBD name and logo — is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.

While your account is in good standing, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own study. That licence does not include any right to reproduce or distribute the content, and it ends when your access ends.

10. Content you submit

The Service lets you save questions, write private notes, flag a question as wrong or unclear, and send us messages. You keep ownership of what you write. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process and display it to you in order to operate the Service, and — for flags and reports about a question — to use them to correct and improve the question bank.

You are responsible for what you submit, and you confirm you have the right to submit it. We may remove content that breaches clause 8.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time, and may delete your account yourself from your account page.

We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms — in particular clause 3 or clause 8 — or where we must do so to comply with the law or to protect the Service or other users. Where the breach is minor and capable of correction, we will normally warn you first. If we suspend or terminate your account, you may ask us why, and you may ask us to review the decision by writing to support@pilotsbd.com; if we find we were mistaken, we will restore your access and the time you lost.

No refund is payable for the remainder of a plan that is suspended or terminated for breach. Clauses 9, 10, 12, 14, 15, 16, 18 and 19 survive the end of this agreement.

12. What the Service is — and what it is not

PilotsBD is an independent study aid. We are not a flight training organisation, an examining body, or a civil aviation authority, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for the Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh or any other regulator.

Our questions are written to resemble the pattern and difficulty of real examination papers. They are not the actual examination questions, not an official syllabus, and not a substitute for your approved course materials, your instructors or the current regulations and publications that apply to you.

  • We do not guarantee that you will pass any examination, or achieve any particular result.
  • We do not guarantee that every question, option or explanation is free of error; content is reviewed and corrected over time, and we are grateful for reports sent to support@pilotsbd.com.
  • Nothing in the Service is operational flight advice, and it must never be relied upon for the planning or conduct of a real flight.

Always verify anything that matters against the current official source. Your training decisions, examination preparation and flight operations remain your own responsibility.

13. Availability and changes to the Service

We aim to keep the Service available and working, and we resolve reported faults within the timeframe set out in our Refund Policy. We do not, however, promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Access may be interrupted by maintenance, by faults, or by events outside our reasonable control, including failures of hosting, payment, network or other third-party services.

We may add, change, suspend or withdraw features, subjects, chapters and individual questions at any time. A paid plan gives you access to the published bank as it stands during your subscription period; it is not a guarantee of any specific feature or of any particular number of questions.

14. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service and all content in it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or data, or for any examination result, training delay, licensing consequence or employment consequence, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Subject to clause 14, and to any remedy available to you under consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be limited, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service and these Terms is limited to the total amount you actually paid us in the twelve months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claim, demand, loss, liability or reasonable cost (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your infringement of anyone else’s rights.

17. Third-party services

The Service depends on third parties — including our hosting, database and email providers, Google (if you choose to sign in with Google) and bKash (for payment). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them. The providers we rely on, and what each one handles, are listed in our Privacy & User Data Policy.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Service, are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

Please contact us first at support@pilotsbd.com— mark a complaint with the word “complaint” in the subject line and we will reply within 7 working days. Almost everything is resolved faster by email than by anyone’s lawyer. Nothing here stops you taking a matter to the Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection or to any authority or court that has jurisdiction.

19. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues in full effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours in connection with a transfer of our business. These Terms, together with the Privacy & User Data Policy and the Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between us about the Service.

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always published on this page with the date it took effect. Where a change is material, we will give reasonable notice — by email or in the Service — before it applies. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not, stop using the Service and delete your account.

21. Contact us
